Marcy has held the role of President of Motion Sensors since 2006. With the Sentech acquisition of Motion Sensors in late 2024, Marcy has continued her leadership role, working closely with the Sentech management team to streamline the integration and continued growth of the two companies. 

A dynamic and results-driven executive with hands-on leadership experience across production, engineering, sales and administration, Marcy has a proven track record of guiding a small organization through strategic growth with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Marcy is known for a pragmatic leadership style, strong technical insight, and an unwavering commitment to business success. 

Outside of work, Marcy is a devoted wife and mother to two young sons. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Marcy has made her home in coastal North Carolina and enjoys spending time on the Pasquotank River, relaxing on the beach, cheering on youth soccer games, and taking in the action at local dirt track races.
