His 25 years of military service as an Aeronautical Engineering Manager brings a mission-critical focus to enabling his team to adapt quickly and implement best practices. His Program Management experience in PCB, RF and microwave technology manufacturing compliments his business unit’s contribution to speed and proximity sensor solution manufacturing for customers.

Known for his collaborative approach and dedication to employee development, as General Manager he prioritizes open communication and continuous improvement to inspire teams to achieve challenging goals while maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism to ensure the organization remains competitive in a rapidly evolving market.

Craig holds a Master’s of Science Degree in Industrial Management from Purdue University. Married with three children and one grandchild, outside of work Craig is passionate about the outdoors, dedicated to developing the next generation of drummers, and serving multiple faith-based community and charitable organizations.
