Robert "Bob" Irving is the President and CEO of Sentech, Inc., a role he has held since 2021, where he drives the company’s mission to be a global leader in sensor technologies for position, speed, proximity, and velocity measurement applications. With a focus on mission-critical solutions, Bob has spearheaded organic growth and strategic acquisitions, delivering innovative, high-reliability products for industries where failure is not an option.

Bob brings over 40 years of experience, including a distinguished career at Ametek, where he held progressive roles such as Operations Manager, Director of Engineering, VP and Business Unit Manager, and VP of Strategic Marketing. His expertise spans pressure, level, position, and factory automation sensor technologies. Under his leadership, Sentech has solidified its reputation for solving complex sensor challenges with unparalleled quality.

Bob holds a degree in Electromechanical Design and a Bachelor’s in Business and Marketing from Delaware Valley University. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoys fishing, hunting, and spending time in nature. Married with three children and 13 grandchildren, Bob is passionate about family and mentoring the next generation of leaders.
